#Demonetization is being used as one of the tool by our honorable Prime Minister Shree Narendra Modi towards achieving the goal of Corruption Free India. I would like to highlight how Narendra Modi utilize the strength of Meaning, Power  and Initiative (considered as three leadership strength) as a step towards achieving the goal of corruption free India. The #Demonetization initiative by Mr Narendra Modi is a true case study of a successful leader and current or future leaders can learn the usage of these strengths and make use of it in achieving the goal of his or her company or country. After the loss of BJP in Bihar I felt very angry (not Sad). Instead of shouting on the TV set and Social Media, I thought to pen my emotions. One question that comes to my mind is, “Do we really want to Change India and Build Super India?", and the answer that comes to my mind is "Yes". The next thought is about “How” and not “Cow”! What is your thought on “How”? Are you thinking that by selecting our government and our leader and then expecting him to work like superman and give us “Super India”? Do you think that it is possible?
