Leadership lesson from Narendra Modi - How he make use of Meaning, Power and Initiative towards achieving the Goal of “Corruption Free India”

#Demonetization is being used as one of the tool by our honorable Prime Minister Shree Narendra Modi towards achieving the goal of Corruption Free India. I would like to highlight how Narendra Modi utilize the strength of Meaning, Power  and Initiative (considered as three leadership strength) as a step towards achieving the goal of corruption free India. The #Demonetization initiative by Mr Narendra Modi is a true case study of a successful leader and current or future leaders can learn the usage of these strengths and make use of it in achieving the goal of his or her company or country.
Since Independence we are plagued by Corruption in every department of government and a lot of scam has occurred in the past on tax payer money. People were in fear because of this corruption and Narendra Modi like a true leader used this fear as a weapon to define its goal of Corruption Free India and has taken an initiative of #Demonetization which will lead towards that goal. Before Narendra Modi we only got tyrant leaders who were able to rely on their power and they did not offer much meaning or motivation to positively influence the behavior of its followers and this is evident from the downfall of India’s oldest political party. I will suggest the oldest party to learn the leadership skills from Mr Modi.
When Narendra Modi asks us to give 50 days of time when normalcy will return after #Demonetization, it has a deep meaning for Corruption free India. On the rational side it is meaning that leads. Why people are supporting whole heartedly the initiative of #Demonetization is because of its significance and meaning for a Corruption free India. Poor people, farmers, middle class, neo middle class and all tax payers will directly be benefitted from #Demonetization initiative. It is this meaning which is positively influencing the behavior of Indian people and they are patiently standing in ques and are exchanging their money. They are ready to sacrifice their interest and bearing pain for this great goal of Corruption Free India. A leader always helps in removing fear of its followers, providing a positive atmosphere where people and coming generations can live a better life and that’s what our Prime Minister Mr Narendra Modi is doing.
A true leader (like Narendra Modi) with the use of his Power always takes initiative which has meaning and create an atmosphere of positive feeling which influences the behavior of its followers. This leads into follower motivation and leader can easily achieve the Goal.
Practical leadership always consists of actions which are intended to create motivation and the ability to use all three leadership strength – Meaning, Power and Initiative – is important for success.

Be the Change and Build a Super India - STOP BLAMING OTHERS

After the loss of BJP in Bihar I felt very angry (not Sad). Instead of shouting on the TV set and Social Media, I thought to pen my emotions. One question that comes to my mind is, “Do we really want to Change India and Build Super India?", and the answer that comes to my mind is "Yes". The next thought is about “How” and not “Cow”! What is your thought on “How”? Are you thinking that by selecting our government and our leader and then expecting him to work like superman and give us “Super India”? Do you think that it is possible? Once again rethink on my question “How can we make India a Super India?”  Do you remember what Gandhi said – Be the change that we want to see in the society and it will start from us, our family and then it will happen in society, district, state and then the whole nation. Even our Prime Minister Mr Narendra Modi emphasis so much on the duty of every Indian or citizen. Initiatives such as “Swachh Bharat Abhiyan”, “Ganga Cleaning”, “...

๐ŸŒŽ๐Ÿ’ฐ The Looming Global Financial Crisis: Why the US Debt Crisis Matters ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ’ธ

The world is on the brink of another financial crisis, and the root cause can be traced back to the United States' mounting debt problem. According to the Institute for International Finance, global debt has reached a staggering $281 trillion in 2020, and the US is leading the way with a debt of over $50 trillion by 2030 [1] . The US government has been spending more than it earns for decades, and this unsustainable path is leading to a disastrous economic collapse. The debt crisis can lead to steep losses for banks, both domestic and international, perhaps undermining the stability of financial systems in both the crisis-hit country and others [ 2 ]. The consequences of this crisis can be far-reaching and devastating. It can trigger a chain reaction that affects not only the US economy but also the global economy, leading to unemployment, poverty, and a massive loss of wealth. The debt crisis facing the poorest countries is one facet of a colossal global debt crisis. Including the...
