Why you must practice forgiveness?



In this video I put forward my thoughts on the benefit of forgiveness. When you practice forgiveness, you will feel a sense of peace and a positive aura of completeness in filled your body and its surrounding. Our time in this world is limited and we should not carry the burden of hurting in our heart, hence we must practice forgiveness. I hope you will enjoy forgiveness as much as I am enjoying.
